A 30 to 45 minute appointment. Kim takes a full medical history, discusses your requirements and takes a patient-centred approach to understand your wishes and goals.

A structured plan with the total costs and timeframe, the risks and the alternatives.

Treatment and aftercare with Kim, plus a review appointment to check on your progress.

Kim attends both clinics personally, so you keep one clinician and one set of records throughout. London offers the full range of treatments; Marbella offers medical skincare.

Who will I see at my appointment?
Kim Armstrong. Every consultation and treatment at this clinic is carried out by Kim personally.
Will I be told the total cost before I commit?
Yes. At your consultation you are given an estimated total for the full course or programme, not only the price of the first appointment.
What if a treatment is not right for me?
Kim will explain the reason and, where possible, suggest what would be more suitable. Some patients are told a treatment is not appropriate for them.
Can I be seen online?
Yes, most consultations are conducted via video call. Some treatments may require an in-person visit, in London or Marbella.
Why are some prices not listed?
Where a plan is tailored after assessment, the fee is confirmed with you at consultation before anything goes ahead. Published prices are shown in full.
