About your practice
Please don’t include any patient-identifiable information here. Describe the treatments and the volume; individual patients are discussed once an arrangement is in place.

Common questions
What happens after we send this?
Kim replies personally, usually within two working days. The first step is a conversation rather than a quote — she needs to understand what your team is unable to complete before either side can say whether the arrangement fits.
Do we need to know our numbers exactly?
No. A rough sense of how many patients a month, and which treatments are involved, is enough to work out whether a session makes sense and roughly how long it would need to be.
Is there any commitment in sending this?
None. Nothing is agreed until terms are confirmed in writing, and there is no charge for the conversation.
We're not sure whether we need a prescriber. Should we still ask?
Yes. If your clinicians are having to turn patients away, or send them elsewhere to get a prescription, that is the situation this exists for. If it turns out you don't need it, Kim will say so.
