What is available where
Thread vein treatment and prescribing services require an in-person appointment or UK dispensing, so both are London only. Everything else is available UK-wide by video. Marbella currently offers medical skincare only.

Moving between locations
All appointments are with the same clinician, and your records carry across all three locations. There is no surcharge for being seen at either clinic.
A skincare plan can be started at one clinic and continued at the other, since it is the one treatment offered at both. A consultation held online can be followed by treatment in person, which is a common arrangement for patients who travel.
Thread vein treatment and prescribing services require an in-person appointment or UK dispensing, so both are London only. Kim will explain what that means for you before you start.

Can I switch between locations?
Your clinician and your records stay the same wherever you are seen. Medical skincare is the one treatment offered at both clinics, so a plan can continue across either. Thread vein treatment and prescribing services are London only, because they require an in-person appointment or UK dispensing.
Do prices differ between London and Marbella?
Prices are the same. Marbella prices are shown in euros and pounds, and payment can be made in either currency.
Will I see the same clinician at each location?
Yes. All appointments are with Kim.
Can I have a consultation online and treatment in person?
Yes, and this is a common arrangement for patients who travel.
