Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, submit an enquiry, or book and pay for services with The Armstrong Clinic.
Medical disclaimer
Information on this website is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. No clinician–patient relationship is created by browsing the site or submitting an enquiry. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency call 999.
Consultations and suitability
All treatments require a consultation and clinical assessment. Treatment is offered only where it is clinically appropriate. We may decline to treat or prescribe where it would not be safe or suitable, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Payments
Payments are taken securely by card through our payment provider. Fees for treatment plans are confirmed with you in writing or at consultation before any treatment goes ahead. Where a service is provided on a recurring plan, it renews until cancelled and can be managed from the billing area of this site.
Cancellations and refunds
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged. Consultation fees cover clinical time and are not refundable once the consultation has taken place. Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current period.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate and complete information about your health, medication and medical history, and to follow the aftercare instructions you are given.
Website use and content
All text, imagery and branding on this site belong to The Armstrong Clinic and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service concerned.
Concerns and governing law
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us at kim@thearmstrongclinic.com and we will respond promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
