Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, submit an enquiry, or book and pay for services with The Armstrong Clinic.

Who we are

The Armstrong Clinic is run by The Armstrong Clinic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17378525), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean The Armstrong Clinic Ltd.

Medical disclaimer

Information on this website is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. No clinician–patient relationship is created by browsing the site or submitting an enquiry. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency call 999.

Consultations and suitability

All treatments require a consultation and clinical assessment. Treatment is offered only where it is clinically appropriate. We assess your suitability first, and will not treat or prescribe where it would not be safe or suitable, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Payments

Payments are taken securely by card through our payment provider. Consultation fees are paid when you book (for weight management, once Kim has reviewed your answers and confirmed the consultation). Fees for treatment are confirmed with you in writing before any treatment goes ahead.

Cancellations and refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel or don't attend. If you can't make your appointment, or have missed it, let us know and we'll do our best to rearrange it. The fee carries over to the new time. You can move or cancel a consultation from your account up to 24 hours beforehand. For paid treatment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel; contact us and we will arrange any refund due on the treatment balance. Where we have to cancel, we will offer another time or a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate and complete information about your health, medication and medical history, and to follow the aftercare instructions you are given.

Website use and content

All text, imagery and branding on this site belong to The Armstrong Clinic and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service concerned.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, contact the clinic directly at kim@thearmstrongclinic.com. Your complaint will be acknowledged and investigated, and you will receive a response promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
