It is suitable for UK patients whose weight is affecting their health and who are ready for a supervised, clinician-led programme. Suitability is decided at consultation based on your BMI, medical history and current medication.
Do you prescribe weight-loss medication?
Where it is clinically appropriate, yes. Prescribing is carried out by an Independent Prescriber following a full assessment. Medication is only ever part of a wider plan with regular reviews, and it is charged separately from the programme fee.
How much does the weight loss programme cost in London?
The programme fee is confirmed at your consultation, because plans are tailored to the level of support and review you need. You will always be given clear costs before anything goes ahead — never afterwards.
How often will I be seen?

Is this available outside the UK?
